Charmy Patel, PA-C is a highly motivated and compassionate board-certified physician assistant and advanced practice clinician. In her current role as a primary care physician assistant, she takes care of the whole family, helping to diagnose and treat patients of all ages for their primary care and wellness examination needs, as well as for their minor illnesses or injuries. She is eager to provide preventive medicine and form longstanding relationships with her patients and their families.
Ms. Patel earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Northeastern University in Boston, MA, where she also studied health sciences as an undergraduate. Prior to her current role, she held positions as an oculoplastic and reconstructive surgery ophthalmic assistant and a home health aide, among other roles. Each of these experiences has offered her unique perspectives on the multidisciplinary nature of medicine and the importance of holistic care.
Ms. Patel is excited to serve the community that raised her as a member of the primary care team at ChristianaCare. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Associates and speaks Gujarati and conversational Spanish.
