New mothers have many questions and concerns about breastfeeding. Breastfeeding Mom’s café is an easy way for mothers to exchange information and experiences. This is a casual drop-in with weight checks before and after feedings. No registration is required.

Moms Matter postpartum support group is for those who are trying to cope with the many changes and stressors of life after the birth of a baby. This group is intended to provide mother to mother support, advocacy, encouragement and hope to new mothers struggling through this period of tremendous adjustment. Especially intended for new mothers struggling with postpartum depression or have a history of PPD.
