Once you have successfully submitted your online application, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please re-check your profile to ensure you applied successfully. Our Recruitment staff carefully reviews all applications and selects qualified candidates to interview.
Our recruitment team will contact highly qualified candidates to coordinate an interview. Due to the significant volume of open positions and résumés received, we do not interview all candidates.
If you are selected for an interview, please bring the following items:
- All candidates must bring an updated hard copy of your resume, reference list, and copies of educational diplomas/degrees
- Positions with Direct Patient Care must bring an unexpired BLS/ACLS cards
- Student Nurse and New RN Candidates – Also bring an unofficial transcript and a reference letter from a medical/surgical clinical instructor
- Food Service Workers – must bring two written letters of recommendation. If under 18 be aware of the application process for a work permit in the event of a job offer
- Please dress in professional business attire
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment
- Be prepared for the interview questions
Internal Applicants (Employees)
Employees applying for job opportunities must utilize the Ultipro Self Service system and submit an internal posting form with manager’s signature. Internal applicants should refer to Union Hospital’s Recruitment policy HR 406 regarding transfer eligibility. In general, you must be in your current position for one year with satisfactory performance and attendance.
