Northern Chesapeake Hospice Foundation donates $10,000

Northern Chesapeake Hospice Foundation recently presented Union Hospital Foundation with a check for $10,000. This donation will support the hospital’s Palliative Care Program. The goal of palliative care is to provide the best quality of life for the critically or chronically ill by ensuring their comfort and dignity. Palliative care benefits patients with an advanced disease or life-limiting illness.
