Express Split-Class
The Family Education Team understands how hectic life can be. That's why we offer several flexible educational opportunities. The split-class is a two day express class held Friday evening from 6:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. and Saturday morning 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. This class provides added flexibility for those who cannot attend the 5 week sessions or the all day Saturday express class.

Details:
Designed to prepare you with the knowledge and coping skills to replace fear of the unknown with realistic expectations for the birth of your baby. This five-week childbirth class will prepare you for the most positive & rewarding birth experience possible. Learn about breathing & relaxation techniques, physical & emotional changes to expect, types of anesthesia & medications sometimes used in labor, post-delivery adjustments & care of the newborn. It is recommended that classes be started 8-10 weeks before your due date.
