Breastfeeding I - Breastfeeding Basics Class
Breastfeeding Class is recommended for expectant mothers in their third trimester. This interactive class is designed to educate mothers and fathers on the benefits of breastfeeding, how breastfeeding works, and how to get off to a good start in those early days and beyond. You will be provided with resources to assist you on your breastfeeding journey.

Wednesday: 6:30pm-8:30pm

Breastfeeding II - Expression & Supply Class
Are you going back to work or school or just want to pump and feed? Do you need to know which pump is best for your situation and how to use and care for it? Do you want to know how to safely store and thaw breastmilk or are you curious about donor milk? Then this is the class for you! We will also educate you on how to maintain an adequate milk supply when you're pumping and the new federal laws that are in place to protect breastfeeding mothers. This class can be taken either before or after childbirth.
