Eligibility

• 1 year of service 
• Accredited college or university, degree programs, certifications*, on-line courses*
• Must complete request form and submit prior to March 15 of each year for upcoming fiscal year.
• 24 month commitment
• FT: 100% books & fees up front; 80% paid to institution up front; 20% paid to you with passing grade (”C” or “pass”) up to a maximum of $3500 per fiscal year
• PT: 50% books & fees up front; 40% paid to institution up front; 10% paid to you with passing grade (”C” or “pass”) up to a maximum of $1750 per fiscal year
