Financial Assistance

Union Hospital offers a Community Assistance Program, to help you with your hospital bill. This program is available for both uninsured and underinsured patients and is designed to help eliminate fear and anxiety regarding your medical bills. The Community Assistance Program offers services at a reduced cost based on a patient’s inability to pay.

Determination of probable eligibility is based on the Federal Poverty Guidelines and will be made within two (2) business days of your request and application. Applications are available throughout the hospital and can also be obtained from the Nursing Station, the Patient Access Liaisons or our Financial Counselors.
